Service Level Agreement (1/2) Customer send a new Policy to SP Policy is sent thru the Customers Relationships Web Server No dispute should be possible on what was the policy requested Formal communication between Service Provider & Customer Only autorized and authenticated users can send a new policy The policy is written in a non-ambigous formal Policy Language Exchanges are logged & timestamped Customer should be able to Audit the deployed Policy Each rule implemented by the SP must be visible to the Customer as soon as the rule is implemented Also implemented in the Customers Relationships Web Server
