Managing Assistant and Human Ressources

Reine Tordjman is Office Manager and director of human resources in HSC since july 2003. She has in load Human Resources, accounts receivable and suppliers, overheads, invoicing, coverings credits, correction of the reports customers and placed at the disposal on the made safe extranet, formatted of contracts of partnership, follow-up of the customer orders, followed plannings, etc. With a 26 years experiment in industrial circles, and more particularly in the metallurgy in the same type of function, with an additional muscular commercial aspect, an inventory control, control of management and inventories moreover.




Commercial Team


Lynda Benchikh joined HSC team in September 2003 as sales assistant, after beginning her career in retail industry. She is responsible for field marketing and HSC training activities, under management of Mr. Hentzien. She runs training activities for both sales and operational tasks.





Consultants

ENSIMAG 1988 alumni, and after ten years in Grenoble working for Alma, at first as a developer and then as Groupware (Lotus Notes) and Intranet/Internet project manager, Alain Thivillon joins HSC in 1998 to become one of its technical pillar. In 2000, he leaves HSC for Firststream (as a hosting project leader), then joins HSC again in 2002 as a senior consultant to eventually become, in 2005, its Chief Technical Officer (CTO). He now manages a lot of technical projects, especially affiliated to wide networks, voice over IP, Web applications and databases. He also takes part in several studies or architecture workshops (firewall migrations, remote access management, e-mail infrastructures). Having a high regard for programming, he also develops auditing tools or complete software like the SSLTunnel VPN.


Graduated from the University Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC) and the Ecole Nationale des Telecommunications (Telecom ParisTech), Christophe Alladoum integrates HSC team in 2008. After achieving an intership on security with IPSec and VoIP at the Laboratoire de Paris 6 (LIP6), and working at Neuf Cegetel on data & voice IP resources management, he joined HSC where he is working on technical expertise on security matters.

Geraldine André is graduate of Pierre and Marie Curie university in partnership with ENST Paris in Network and Telecommunication. She completed her formation at Qosmos company where she tested performances and retrieval of data networks. She joins the HSC team in 2008 as security consultant.

Graduated from ESIEA, computer science engineering school, Benjamin Arnault decided to continue his formation with a Computer Science Security Master at EPITA. After a six month internship dedicated to IT security management, he joined HSC as a consultant in 2005 where he conducts technical and organisational services. Benjamin often conducts penetration tests, forensics analysis, technical audits and risk assessment services. He's certified Lead Auditor ISO/CEI 27001 by LSTI since July 2006, GIAC GCFA (Forensic Analysis) since November 2006, ITIL foundations since January 2007, ISO/CEI 27001 Lead Implementer by LSTI since July 2007, CISSP since December 2007, ISO/CEI 20000-1 Lead Auditor by LSTI since September 2008 and ISO/CEI 27005 Risk Manager since October 2008.

Jean-Baptiste Aviat has graduated from the ENSIIE engineering school and has a MSc degree in Computer Networks from Université Paris VI. After many internships in computer security and networks, during which he implemented a Wi-Fi IDS and a transparent VoIP proxy (SIP), he joined the HSC team in September 2008. He is certified Lead Auditor ISO 27001 by LSTI since August 2009.

Graduate engineer from ECE, Nicolas Collignon is now working as a security consultant after being involved in several security applications development: SecureStack and SSLTunnel. He joined HSC in 2006 where he conducts security audits, penetration testing and training courses. He's certified Lead Auditor ISO 27001 (LSTI) since august 2006 and CISSP since 2007.

Frédéric Connes graduated from EPITA in 2001 and holds a doctorate in law from the University of Paris-II Panthéon-Assas since 2009. He wrote his thesis on voting systems' security. In 2008, he proposed an electronic voting protocol that aims to be comprehensible to citizens and targeted to preserve the integrity of results thanks to the publishing of votes on the Internet, without compromising the secrecy of the voter's ballot. This proposal was commented by Professor Ronald Rivest from MIT, who is also one of the inventors of the RSA encryption algorithm, and other specialists in the field. After a first professional experience at Khiplus, Frédéric Connes joined the HSC team in 2009 and is more specifically interested in the legal aspects of security. He continues to develop an expertise in electronic voting systems. He is certified Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001 by LSTI since November 2009 and Risk Manager ISO/IEC 27005 by LSTI since February 2010.

Graduate from EPITA, Olivier Dembour worked for one year in a security integrator company. He then became the pen test and OpenSource team leader, working for different large company (Banks, insurance, adminisration). After this 5 years experience, he joined HSC in 2005 as a security consultant.

Specialized in penetration testing, Olivier Dembour is particularly interested in the VoIP security, and is, along with Guillaume Lehembre, the original author of the Voice over IP security training course. Programming enthusiast, he developed dns2tcp, a DNS tunneling tool. He's CISSP certified since June 2006.


Graduated from INSA in Information System Architecture, Renaud Dubourguais completed his formation with a Master's Degree in Computer System Security. During an internship where he developped a set of backdoors to make Web pentests easier, he specialized in Web security. He joins HSC in 2009 as a security consultant where he conducts penetration tests and security audits.

Alexandre Fernandez-Toro manages the ISO 27001 activities of HSC. He is a certification auditor and he coaches his customers in the implementation of Information Security Management Systems. He lectures all the ISO 27001 training courses, based on his pragmatic experience.

He drives regularly technical and organizational security audits in France and in many other countries (USA, UK, Australia,...).

Alexandre Fernandez began his career as a computer programmer in a pension fund. Later, he became production manager in a mainframe environment. He joined HSC in 2000. He has been lecturer in University during three years.
He is registered at IRCA and is certified: BS 7799-2 Lead Auditor by BSi since 2003, CISSP since 2004, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor by LSTI since 2005, ITIL foundations, ITIL practitioner and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer by LSTI since 2007, ISO 27005 Risk Manager since 2009.


Graduated from EPITA, Emeric Laroche has been involved in many network security projects. He joined the HSC team in 2008. He conducts conformity audits and implementation consulting with ISO 27001.
He is certified ISO/CEI 27001 Lead Auditor by LSTI.

After obtaining his EFREI computer science engineering degree, Guillaume Lehembre completed his formation with a specialized Télécom ParisTech (ENST Paris) master's degree in information systems security. Following a 6 month training period with an integrator company specializing in security systems, he joined HSC as a consultant in 2004. Through his different experiences in security studies, audits and penetration testing, he acquired a global view on information security, specificaly on different wireless and VoIP technologies. Guillaume has been a CISSP certified member since October 2005, ISO/CEI 27001 Lead Auditor by LSTI since September 2006, ISO/CEI 27005 Risk Manager by LSTI since September 2009 and GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) since April 2010.

Yves Le Provost spent the first part of his career in the French Navy. While sailing the seas, as a crew-member aboard strategic submarines, he participated in high level critical communication setup in addition to command-and-control systems. On shore, Yves participated in the strengthening and securing of the Navy's computer System. Upon graduating from the Telecom ParisTech University in May 2008 where he obtained a specialized master in IT Systems and Networks Security, he joined HSC.


After completing a master's degree in Network Security and Cryptology, Sebastien Macke started to work on designing and implementing software dealing with digital signature, encryption, and single sign on. Three years later, he joins HSC in 2009, where he now works as a pentester, forensic examiner, system auditor and security advisor.

He has earned the GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) certification in September 2010.


Graduated from EPITA in 1995, Elisabeth Manca joined Thales Group in the Facilities Management Department in an operational team. In 2000, she discovered IT security consultancy. In 2001, she continued her career in Telindus Marseille Team. She begame National Business Developer for Security Activities. She build the Management Security services catalogue and used ISO 2700x standards. Back to Paris, she joined HSC in 2009. She is certified by LSTI ISO/CEI 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, and ISO 27005 Risk Manager.
She often participate in public meeting and is member of "01 Informatique" jury for Security Officer of the year from 2008.

Graduate engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris then from Telecom ParisTech (ENST Paris), Raphael Marichez takes part in several projects, including the Polytechnique.org association, of which he used to serve as president for two years, and the Gentoo Linux Security Project. After internships in crytographic research and IT consulting, he joins the HSC team in 2006 with an expertness in email and anti-spam issues.
Raphaël Marichez has acquired a mixed technical and organizational skill since 2007, being successively certified by LSTI: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, then ISO 27005 IS Risk Manager. For HSC, he conducts technical or organizational security audits, joint studies e.g. penetration testing leant against normative conformity assessment, as well as several organizational and technical training courses provided by HSC.

Stéphane Milani was directed towards security after having been a network and system administrator during five years. Graduated from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, he completed his formation with a Master's Degree in Information Systems Organization and Protection. He joined HSC in 2005 where he conducts security audits prestations, penetration tests and technical assistance.
Stephane Milani is certified CISSP, Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 27001 and GCFA (GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst).
