Update the service flows drawings

New service flows allowance are determined by

Users or HelpDesk or NOC or Security Office request

Logging analysis done by the Security Office

Updates are necessary on a regular basis

The formal procedures must followed

Not easy when the service is routine

Security Office is usually the only one to request deny

Users or NOC care about what is needed, not what is not necessary
