In a company or an organisation, the working process foundation is cost figures. The managers take their decision using Excel sheets. During our talks of audit results a new request is to show a cost list associated to potential risk and advices suggested. This is why HSC participated to a thinktank group of the Clusif who tried to set up some potential ways presented here.
